Please bring wraps and gloves if you are training in boxing, your own exercise mat or towel for zumba and other classes, as well as your favorite mask/face covering. We also water!

Gloves and wraps can be purchased prior to class if needed. At this time, we are no longer offering glove rentals as a safety precaution.

Yes! Please reserve your space in advance! Due to the limited space that we have, there is only room for 15 people per class, and classes fill up quickly! No walk-ins. If class is full, jump on the waitlist, and you may get lucky!

The Bank of Belle Glade has so kindly allowed us to use their parking lot during class hours. Clewiston parking is in the front and back of the building.

Because class sizes are so much smaller than before, there should be plenty of spaces for everyone.

Yes! No experience necessary! Our classes are designed for all levels and modifications can be made to make exercises easier or harder!

Our classes are a great cardiovascular workout for weight loss, stronger heart, and lungs, increased bone density, reduced stress, reduced risk of heart disease and some types of cancer, temporary relief from depression and anxiety, and better sleep. 

Training hard releases aggression and manages your stress by getting your endorphins pumping. 

We teach real kicking and punching form, but all classes and sessions are designed to be contact or non-contact so you always have a choice. Oh and did we mention they are a lot of FUN?!

We have limited space in our classes and they are designed dependent upon the number of members per class. If you book a class & cannot make it, please cancel at least 10 hours in advance as a courtesy to our trainers and other members who may want to book the class. Cancellations can be made over the phone, tex, or social media DM. The Late Cancel/No Show fee is $25.
